anbor 7, 1967, an ordiracao a endin„ and ohonV,,3 the first
sentence of Section 9 of a franchise ordinance enacted by the
City of Allon, Collin Cou:._y, Texas, on December 24, 1953,
WUch is recorded in Boo-- 2 of the :.mutes of the Board of
.+....._Mon of said City; n.
li:- Section 3 of said emendatory ordinance provides
as follows:
"SECTION 3. Thin ordinance, shall become effective
if Company filas its written acceptance of the provision
Of this ordinance within thirty (30) days miter its
final passage and approval by this City, and upon acc-
optance the provisions hereof shall be binding upon
City and Company, its successors and assigns."
And, IJHE-ms, it is the desire of Lone Star Gas Com-
pany, the holder of the rights, privileges and grants un-
der the aforesaid amendatory ordinance, to comply with the
above -quoted provisions of Sedtion 3 thereof.
NOd, TREFORE, promises considered, Lone Star Gas
Company, acting by and through its duly authorized officers,
end within the time prescribed by Section 3 quoted above,
does hereby agree to and accept the aforesaid amendatory
Ordinano,, in accordance with its terms, provisions, con-
d1tions and ren,,;irements, and subject to the stipulations
and agreements therein containod.
