It is therefore ordained by the City Council of the Ciy of Allen that said Ordainance be and the same is hereby amended so that the described property, to -wit: following SITUATED in the City of Allen, Collin County, Texas, and being Lot 1 in Bloxk 12 of the Nhisenant Addition to the City of Allen, be and the same is hereby classified as Zone "C, D & E" to permit the construction and use thereof as submitted in the plot plan and drawings submitted to the City Council of the City of Allen by Jack Hedgecoxe, the owner Of Said premises. SECTION II: It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to make use Of said premises in some other manner than is authorized by this ordinance, and it Shall be unlawful for any person, firm Or corporation to construct On Said substantial conformlnot in conformity With tses hebPlot 1planhandtarchitectural drawing attached hereto. SECTION III: Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon the conviction therefor shall be fined any sum not exceeding Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00), and each and every day that such violation continues shall be a separate offense. Provided however, that such penal provisions shall not preclude a suit to enjoin any such violation.
