DE IT O1,rAIXDD 31 TME CITY COUNCIL 0: TIM CITY OF ALLEN, 1\.S: SECTION I: That after a public hearing hold on the ratter, the Council of the Town of Allen, Texas, deems it necessary that the General Zoning Ordinance of the City of Allen be amended so that a part of Zen. "A" is rezoned to Zone "D" for the purpose of permitting the construction thereon of a church building and so that said premises may be used for church and related religous purposes as defined in said Ordinance. It is therefore the order of the Council that the General Zoning Ordinance be and the same is hereby amended so that the following described premises, to -wit: FIRST TRACT: SITUATED in Collin Cocnty, Toxas, a ?art of the William Perrin Survey, Abstract No. 708, and being 3.015 acres out of a 241.5 acre tract as described in a deed from W. A. Giddings et nx, Hattie, to It. L. stood at ux, Dorothy, dated January 2,'1939, and recorded in Volume 321, Page 165 of the Collin County Deed Records, and the said 3.015 acres as follows: BEGINNING of S H.S.Said Stakeobeinglcini theh5 Southwest corner e Gentry TOf a . JJones, Tanneracre tract y 11,, 1964,, and eyed to trecorded R. ainbVolume 629, Page 141 of the Collin Coenty Deed Records; THENCE SOUTH 30 degrees 39 minutes host with the East R.O.W. lino of the said Highway, a distance of 203.0 'feet to an iron stake; THENCE SOUTH 87 degrees 39 minutes East a distance of 782.9 feet to an iron stake; THENCE NORTH 02 degr.es 21 minutes East, a distance of 178.7 feet to an iron stake in tba South lin. of the said Robert E. Lowman 10.0 acre tract; �. THENCE NORTH 87 degrees 39 minutes Nest with the South line of 10 acre tract a distance of 678.1 feet to theplace of beginning, CONTAINS 3.015 acres of land. —211 SECOND TRACT: SITUATED in Collin County, Texas, a part of the William Pori -in Survey, Abstract No. 708, and a part of L, George W. Ford Survey, Abstract No. 328, and being 2.352 acres olit of a part of 241.5 acre tract as described in a deed from W. A. Giddings et ,x, Hattie, to If. L. Wood et rix, Dorothy, dated Tannary 2, 1939s and recorded in Yolnme 321, Page 165 of the Collin County Deed Records, and the said 2.352 acres being as follows: BEGINNING at an iron stake in the Soeth line of a 10 acre tract conveyed to Robert E. Lowman by Gentry Sones on Tannary 11, 1964 and recorded in volume 629, Page 141, of the Collin 6onnty Deed Records. Said stake bears South 87 degrees 39 minutes East, 687.1 feet from the Southwest corner of the said Lowman 10 acre tract; TUENCE SOUTH 2 degrees 21 minutes West, a distance of 178.7 feat to an iron stake; THENCE SOUTH 87 degrees 39 minutes East, a distance of 525.2 feet to an iron stake in center line of a public road. Said stake being in the East line of the said 241.5 acre tract; THENCE NORTH 30 degrees 42 minutes East with the center line of the said road a distance of 203.0 feet to an iron stake; THE NORTH 87 degrees 39 minutes West, a distance of 621.4 feet to the place of beginning. CONTAINS 2.352 acres of land. be and the same is hereby classified as Zone "B". SECTION II: This Ordinance shall take effect immediately after its passage and approval.
