In accordance with Article 6252-17, V.A.T.C.S. (Open
Meetings Law), Section 2(g), the City Council and the City
Manager convened into the budget workshop executive session
at 7:30 p.m. in a meeting room at the Lake Texoma Lodge,
Kingston, Oklahoma, in order to discuss matters pertaining
to the FY 1985 - 86 personnel budget matters.
The budget workshop executive session adjourned at 10:30 p.m.
August 10, 1985 - 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
The City Council and the City Manager and Finance
Director reconvened into the budget workshop session at
9:00 a.m, in a meeting room at the Lake Texoma Lodge.
The following City Staff Department Heads presented their
proposed budgets and discussed them with the City Council:
9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. - Bill Petty, Community Development
In accordance with Article 6252-17, V.A.T.C.S. (Open
Meetings Law), Section 2(g), the City Council and the City
Manager convened into executive session in order to discuss
matters pertaining to personnel. The executive session was
adjourned at 11:30 a.m.

August 11, 1985 - 9:00 a.m, until 4:30 p.m.
The City Council and the City Manager and the Finance
Director reconvened into the budget workshop session at
9:00 a.m. in a meeting room at the Lake Texoma Lodge. The

1:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. - Marty Hendrix, General
Government

The City Council and the City Manager did a recap of all
of the items discussed and presented at this budget workshop
session.
The budget workshop session adjourned at 4:30 p.m. on
Sunday, August 11, 1985.
