With a quorum of the Allen City Council present, the Special Called Workshop Session of the Allen
City Council was called to order by Mayor Terrell at 9:02 a.m. on Saturday, January 28, 2017, at the
Hilton Garden Inn, 705 Central Expressway South, Allen, Texas 75013.

The Workshop was recessed at 10:13 a.m. and reconvened at 10:20 a.m.

MOTION: Upon a motion made by Councilmember Herald and a second by Councilmember Brooks,
' the Council voted seven (7) for and none (0) opposed to adjourn the Special Called
Workshop of the Allen City Council at 4:42 p.m. on Saturday, January 28, 2017. The
motion carried.
