Call to Order and Announce a Ouorum is Present
' With a quorum of the Board Members present, Chairman Autrey called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
in the City Hall Council Chambers Conference Room at Allen City Hall, 305 Century Parkway.
Consent Aeenda
1. Approve minutes from the October 24, 2016, Regular Meeting.
Motion: Upon a Motion by Board Member Barry and a second by Board Member
Howard, the Board voted 5 IN FAVOR and 0 OPPOSED to approve the Consent
Agenda.
The Motion Carried.
Workshop
2. Engineering civil plan review process, discussion of current and upcoming projects under the City's
Capital Improvement Project plan, and discussion of development projects under construction.
Mr. Joseph Cotton, Assistant Director of Engineering, discussed the Engineering civil plan review
process, discussed current and upcoming projects under the City's Capital Improvement Project plan, and
discussed development projects under construction.
