In accordance with Article 6252-17, V.A.T.C.S. (Open Meetings Law),
Section 2(g), the City Council and the City Manager convened into the budget
workshop executive session at 8:30 a.m. in the meeting room at the Falcon -
head Resort, Burneyville, Oklahoma, in order to discuss matters pertaining to
the FY 1988 - 89 personnel budget matters.
The budget workshop executive session was adjourned at 11:15 a.m. on
August 12, 1988.
The Allen City Council and the City Manager convened the FY 1988 - 89
budget workshop session at 11:15 a.m., on Friday, August 12, 1988, in the
meeting room of the Falconhead Resort, Burneyville, Oklahoma.
The following city staff department heads then presented their proposed
department operation, policy issues and budget items for FY 1988 - 89 and
discussed them with the City Council:

Richard Carroll, Chief of Police
Bill Petty, Director of Community
Development
The budget workshop session was recessed at 3:30 p.m. on Friday,
August 12, 1988.

The Allen City Council and the City Manager reconvened the FY 1988-
89 budget workshop session at 8:30 a.m., on Saturday, August 13, 1988, in the
meeting room of the Falconhead Resort, Burneyville, Oklahoma.

workshop executive session at 8:30 a.m. on Sunday, August 14, 1988, in the
meeting room at the Falconhead Resort, Burneyville, Oklahoma, in order to
discuss matters pertaining to the FY 1988 - 89 personnel budget matters.
The budget workshop executive session was adjourned at 12:00 p.m. on
August 14, 1988.
The Allen City Council and the City Manager reconvened the FY 1988-
89 budget workshop session at 12:45 p.m., on Sunday, August 14 1988, in the
meeting room of the Falconhead Resort in order to discuss various aspects of
the budget workshop and any other unfinished business pertaining to the FY
1988 - 89 budget.
The budget workshop was adjourned at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, August 14,
1988.
These minutes approved on the 18th day of August, 1988.
