With a quorum of the Allen City Council present, the Special Called Workshop of the Allen City
Council was called to order by Mayor Terrell at 9:06 a.m. on Saturday, January 20, 2018, at the
Hilton Garden Inn, 705 Central Expressway South, Allen, Texas 75013.
2. Administer Oath -of -Office and Present a Certificate -of -Appointment to the Newly Appointed
Member to City Council Place No. 3.
City Secretary George administered the Oath -of -Office to appointed Debbie Stout. Mayor Terrell
presented the Certificate -of -Appointment to Councilmember Stout and offered his congratulations.
3. Introduction and Workshop Overview.

The Workshop was recessed at 11:25 a.m. and reconvened at 11:40 a.m.

MOTION: Upon a motion made by Councilmember Brooks and a second by Councilmember
Clemencich, the Council voted seven (7) for and none (0) opposed to adjourn the Special
Called Workshop of the Allen City Council at 4:58 p.m. on Saturday, January 20, 2018. The
motion carried.
