Section 2(g), the City Council and the City Manager convened into the budget
workshop executive session at 4.30 p.m. in the meeting room at Lake Texoma
Resort, Kingston, Oklahoma, in order to discuss matters pertaining to the FY
1989-90 personnel budget matters.
The budget workshop executive session was adjourned at 5 30 p.m. on
Saturday, August 12, 1989

The Allen City Council and the City Manager convened the FY 1989-90
budget workshop session at 8.30 a.m., on Sunday, August 13, 1989, in the
meeting room of Lake Texoma Resort, Kingston, Oklahoma.
The following city staff department head then presented his proposed
department operation, policy issues and budget items for FY 1989-90 and discussed
them with the City Council.
