With a quorum of the Council Members present, the Special Called Budget Workshop
of the Allen City Council was called to order by Mayor Farmer at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday,
August 22, 1990, in the Conference Room of the Allen Municipal Annex, One Butler
Circle, Allen, Texas.
Budget Workshop (Agenda Item II)
There was no discussion on this item.
Executive Session (Agenda Item III)
In accordance with Article 6252-17, V.A.T.C.S. (Open Meetings Law),
Sections 2(g), the Allen City Council convened into Executive Session at 6:04 p.m. in
order to discuss matters pertaining to personnel allocations and pay plan.
The Executive Session was adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
Reconvene (Agenda Item IV)
The Allen City Council reconvened into workshop session at 8:01 p.m. on
Thursday, August 22, 1990. There was no action taken on items discussed during
Executive Session.

Adjourn (Agenda Item VI)
MOTION: Upon a motion made by Councilman Womack and seconded by Councilman
Fyke, the Council voted seven (7) for and none (0) opposed to adjourn the
workshop session of the Allen City Council at 8:01 p.m., on Thursday,
August 22, 1990. The motion carried.
These minutes approved on the 6th day of September, 1990.
