Call to Order and Announce a Ouorum is Present (Agenda Item 1)
With a quorum of the Councilmembers present, the Special Called Citizen Interaction/Information
Program Meeting of the Allen City Council was called to order by Mayor Farmer at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday, May
25, 1993, in the Meeting Room of Vaughan Elementary School, 820 Cottonwood Drive, Allen, Texas.
Due to limited citizen attendance, the Mayor asked that those citizens attending the meeting come to the
CRP meeting on Thursday, May 25, at Rountree Elementary. The Council and Staff would present their program
at that time.

Mayor Farmer and the Council adjourned the meeting at 7:20 p.m.
