MOTION: Upon a motion made by Councilmember Gallagher and a second by Councilmember Terrell, the
Council voted seven (7) for and none (0) opposed to adjourn the FY 1996-97 Budget Retreat of
the Allen City Council/Staff at 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, August 11, 1996. The motion carried.
