A survey is being developed to go out to the citizenry regarding this issue It needs to be a community -wide survey and needs to be openly discussed The Triad felt that it needed to tell the community what we are all about. In fact, the mission statement has not been promulgated throughout the community at the present time. The Triad reviewed areas that needed improvement or where questions such as involvement of religious community, parents being a key to the entire topic, cost, civil rights and issues, zero tolerance, small business and small business need help. Comments from the Triad were characterized by entity so everyone that was aware of who might be able to solve the problem. It was felt that we need to note the starting point of any survey and we need to know what the success or failure of that survey is upon completion. The entities used comment cards and divided their comment cards into catergories including big pay-off I easy to implement, big pay-off hard to implement, small pay-off easy to implement, and small pay-off hard to implement.
