MOTION: Upon a motion made by Councilmember Owen and a second by Councilmember Bartlemay,
the Council voted seven (7) for and none (0) opposed to adjourn the FY 1999-2000 Budget
Retreat of the Allen City Council/Staff at 3:00 p.m on Sunday, August 15, 1999 The motion
carried.
