Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present
With a quorum of the Councilmembers present, the Special Called Meeting of the Allen City Council was
called to order by Mayor Terrell at 635 p.m. on Thursday, April 26, 2001, in the Allen Public Library meeting
room, Two Allen Civic Plaza, Allen, Texas
1. Presentations of Proposals for the Design and Site Master Plan for the new Allen Public Library
and Civic Auditorium.

No action was taken on this item.

MOTION: Upon a motion made by Councdmember Owen and a second by Councilmember Buchanan, the
Council voted five (5) for and none (0) opposed to adjourn the Special Called Meeting of the
Allen City Council at 9:32 p.m. on Thursday, April 26, 2001. The motion carred.
