The Council was sitting as an Equalization Board
Mr. Doyle K. Stacy met with the Board.
Motion by R.J. McClure to leave Mr.
Stacy's Rendition as it is for their year,
second by R.R. Carroll. Five for none against.
Motion by L.P. Speight to accept the
budget for the Town of Allen as it has been
set up, and set the tax rate at $1.05 per
one hundred dollar valuation, motion second
by Fred Day. Five for none against
Budget for the year 1956-1957 on following
page.
Motion to adjourn by R.R. Carroll.
