Economic Development Corporation was called to order by Mayor Terrell, in conjunction with
President Kizer, at 6:27 p in on Tuesday, August 30, 2005, in the Council Conference Room of the
Allen City Hall, Allen Civic Plaza, 305 Century Parkway, Allen, Texas
