1. Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present.
With a quorum of the Allen City Council and Economic Development Corporation Members present,
the Special Called Meeting of the Allen City Council and Economic Development Corporation was
called to order by Mayor Terrell and President Kizer at 6:15 p.m. on Thursday, April 13, 2006, in the
Council Conference Room of the Allen City Hall, 305 Century Parkway, Allen, Texas.
2. Review of Strategic Plan Goal #7 Regarding Economic Development.
3. Update on Montgomery Farm and Trademark Developments.
4. Update on Star Creek Development.
5. Set Course of Action for Future Joint Meetings.
The next meeting is scheduled for August I, 2006 at 6:00 p.m.
6. Items of Interest.
Adjourn.
Mayor Terrell adjourned the Special Called Meeting of the Allen City Council and Economic
Development Corporation at 8.00 p.m. on Thursday, April 13, 2006.
