1. Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present.
With a quorum of the Allen City Council and Economic Development Corporation Members present,
the Special Called Meeting of the Allen City Council and Economic Development Corporation was
called to order by Mayor Terrell and President Kizer at 6:06 p.m. on Tuesday, September 19, 2006, in
the Council Conference Room of the Allen City Hall, 305 Century Parkway, Allen, Texas.
2. Introduction of Robert Winningham, New Executive Director for the Allen Economic
Development Corporation.
3. Update Regarding Proposed Herring Development and Stacy Road Expansion.
J. Update Regarding Trademark Developments.

Council voted five (5) for and none (0) opposed to adjourn the Special Called Joint Meeting
of the Allen City Council and the Allen Economic Development Corporation at 7,28 p m. on
Tuesday. September 19, 2006 The motion carried
