Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present.
With a quorum of the members present, the Allen City Council Joint Meeting with the Councils of Frisco
and Plano and the Arts of Collin County Commission, Inc., was called to order by Mayor Terrell, in
conjunction with, Mayor Simpson, Mayor Evans, and President Matthews at 7:05 p.m. on Monday,
March 31, 2008, in the Allen Senior Recreation Center, 451 St Mary Drive, Allen, Texas.
Z. Receive and Discuss Project Update on Arts of Collin County.
Executive Director Baudoin presented a project status overview presentation.
Following the presentation, President Matthews opened the Floor for questions or comments from the
Commission and/or Council members.

MOTION: Upon a motion made by Mayor Pro Tem Stout and a second by Councilmember Obermeyer, the
Council voted six (6) for and none (0) opposed to adjourn the Allen City Council Joint Meeting
with the Councils of Frisco and Plano and the Arts of Collin County Commission, Inc., at
8.14 p.m. on Monday, March 31, 2008.
The motion carried.
These minutes approved on this 22nd day of April, 2008.
