1. Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present.
With a quorum of the members present, the TRIAD Meeting was called to order by Mayor Terrell,
President Stocker and Chair O'Reilly at 6:42 p.m. on Monday, November 30, 2009, in the Concourse
Level at the Allen Event Center, 200 E. Stacy Road #1350, Allen, Texas.
2. Approve TRIAD Meeting Dates for the 2010 Calendar Year.
• Monday, April 5, 2010—Allen ISD will host
• Monday, November 1, 2010—Chamber of Commerce will host
The TRIAD members approved the meeting dates for the 2010 Calendar year.
3. Items of Interest.
• Community Announcements
Chair O'Reilly mentioned the Chamber of Commerce would hold its Annual Membership Drive
on December 1, 2009
4. Tour of the Event Center.
