Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present.
With a quorum of the Members present, the Allen City Council Joint Meeting with the Councils of
Frisco and Plano and the Arts of Collin County Commission, Inc. was called to order by Mayor
Terrell, in conjunction with Mayor Maso, Mayor Dyer, and President Baggett, at 7:05 p.m. on
Tuesday, June 29, 2010, in the Windhaven Room at the Plano Centre located at 2000 E. Spring Creek
Parkway, Plano, Texas 75074.

2. Receive Brief History of the Arts of Collin County.

Mr. Simpson along with Mayor Terrell, Mayor Maso and Mayor Dyer presented a brief history of the
Arts of Collin County project.
3. Receive Project Update on Arts of Collin County
Mr. Simpson presented a project update on the Arts of Collin County
4. Discussion and Direction by Owner City Councils and Board of Directors.
5. Adjournment.
MOTION: Upon a motion made by Mayor Pro Tem Stout and a second by Councilmember Obermeyer,
the Council voted seven (7) for and none (0) opposed to adjourn the Allen City Council Joint
Meeting with the Councils of Frisco and Plano and the Arts of Collin County Commission,
Inc. at 9:34 p m. on Tuesday, June 29, 2010. The motion carried.
