Call to Order and Announce a Ouorum is Present
With a quorum of the Councdmembers present, the Called Workshop Meeting of the Allen City Council was
called to order by Mayor Terrell at 6:08 p.m on Wednesday, September 8, 2010, in the Community Room
located in the Municipal Court and Parks Administration Building, 301 Century Parkway, Allen, Texas.
Discussion regarding the Proposed Budget Operations, and Management of the Allen Event
Center.
The Executive Session was not held.

MOTION: Upon a motion made by Mayor Pro Tem Stout and a second by Councilmember Herald, the
Council voted seven (7) for and none (0) opposed to adjourn the Called Workshop Meeting of
the Allen City Council at 9:24 p.m. on Wednesday, September 8, 2010. The motion carried.
