1. Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present.
With a quorum of the members present, the TRIAD Meeting was called to order by Mayor Terrell,
President Stocker and Chair O'Reilly at 6'07 p in on Monday, November I, 2010, in the Great Room
at the Allen Municipal Service Center located at 900 S Greenville Avenue, Allen, Texas,
2. Allen ISD Financial Update.
Dr. Helvey, shared information and answered questions regarding Allen ISD's financial forecast and
challenges.
3. Allen ISD Construction Update.
Mr. Tarpley provided an update on the status of construction projects throughout the District
4. Update Regarding the Blue Sky Indoor Soccer Facility.
Mr. Dealer provided an update on the new indoor soccer facility located on Main Street.

5. Work Force, Training Issues, and the Allen Economic Development Corporation's (AEDC)
Partnership with Allen ISD.
Mr Winningham and Ms. Bradley discussed the partnership between AEDC and Allen ISD with
regards to the Career and Technology Center located at Allen High School.
6. Presentation on Shop Allen.
Ms. Mayer gave a brief introduction to the Chamber's new program available online called "Shop
Allen."
7. Approve TRIAD Meeting Dates for the 2011 Calendar Year.
• Monday, April 4, 2011 — City of Allen will host
• Monday, November 7, 2011 — Allen ISD will host

9. Adjournment.
MOTION: Upon a motion made by Mayor Pro Tem Stout and a second by Councilmember Sedlacek, the
Council voted six (6) for and none (0) opposed to adjourn the Triad Meeting at 7:22 p.m. on
Mondav, November I, 2010. The motion carried
