5. Approve Minutes of the April 4, 2011, TRIAD Meeting.
6. Motion to Reappoint James Kerr to the North Texas Municipal Water District Board
(NTMWD) as a Representative for the City of Allen for a Two -Year Term Effective June 1,
2011, through May 31, 2013.
7. Adopt a Resolution Establishing a Board Appointment Policy.
RESOLUTION NO. 3003-4-11(R): A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALLEN, COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, ESTABLISHING A BOARD APPOINTMENT

Council voted seven (7) for and none (0) opposed to adjourn the Regular Meeting of the
