1. Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present
With a quorum of the Members present, the Allen City Council Special Called Meeting with the
Economic Development Corporation was called to order by Mayor Terrell, in conjunction with
President Woods, at 6:20 p.m. on Tuesday, August 9, 2011, in the Council Conference Room at Allen
City Hall, 305 Century Parkway, Allen, Texas.
2. Introduction of Members of the Board of Directors of the Allen Economic Development
Corporation.
3. Update Regarding ongoing Economic Development Activities as well as the Fiscal Year 2012
Budget for the Allen Economic Development Corporation.
4. Adjournment.
Mayor Terrell, in conjunction with President Woods, adjourned the Allen City Council Special Called
Meeting with the Economic Development Corporation at 6:56 p.m. on Tuesday, August 9, 2011
