Names were drawn out of the hat for place
on the official ballots. Names were drawn as
follows - Fred Day, C.V. Barbee, W.C. Harrington,
Roy A. Hefner, R.R. Carroll, H.C. Brooks, and
B.H. Popplewell.
Motion J.C. Hefner, that we (the
Town Council) make application for the
government loan in regard to the
sewage system. Sec by L.P. Speight,
(5) Five for (0) none against.
