Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present
With a quomm of the members present, the TRIAD Meeting was called to order by Mayor Terrell
and Tony Pritchard, Chair -Elect at 6:13 p.m. on Monday, November 7, 2011, at Allen High School,
300 Rivercrest Boulevard, Meeting Room K128, Allen, Texas
Allen ISD Enrollment Projections.
Dr. Helvey and Mr. Tarpley provided an update on the District's recent enrollment study and
projected growth as prepared by School District Strategies. The District has seen a 76% increase in
enrollment during the last 10 years.
With a quorum of the members present, Secretary Bolin called the TRIAD Meeting to order at 6:20
p.m. on Monday, November 7, 2011, at Allen High School, 300 Rivercrest Boulevard, Meeting Room
K128, Allen, Texas
3. Briefing Regarding Drought Conditions and Stage 3 Water Use Restrictions.
I Mr. Massey provided a briefing on the Stage 3 water use restrictions.

5. Items of Interest. [Announcements Regarding Local Civic and Charitable Events, Meetings,
Fundraisers and Awards]
There were no items of interest presented.
6. Tour of Career Technology Center (CTE) and the Performing Arts Center.
A tour of the new facilities was offered to those in attendance after adjournment.
7. Adjournment.
MOTION: Upon a motion made by Mayor Pro Tem Stout and a second by Councilmember Obermeyer,
the Council voted five (5) for and none (0) opposed to adjourn the Triad Meeting at 7:25 p.m.
on Monday, November 7, 2011. The motion carried.
