except Mr. Speight, The Council, Water
Commission and the City Secretary went to
McKinney for dinner with the Southwestern
Bell Telephone Co. Those attending
the dinner were as follows.
Mayor V.B. Watson Councilman C.J. Hefner,
R.J. McClure, Fred Day, Roy Carroll,
Roscoe Leach and A.C. Story.
