With a quorum of the Allen City Council present, the Special Called Workshop Session of the Allen
City Council was called to order by Mayor Terrell at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, January 26, 2013, in the
Ballroom at the Courtyard by Marriott, 210 East Stacy Road, Allen, Texas 75002.

MOTION: Upon a motion made by Counedmember Brooks and a second by Councilmember
Obermeyer, the Council voted seven (7) for and none (0) opposed to adjourn the Special
Called Workshop of the Allen City Council at 5:24 p.m. on Saturday, January 26, 2013. The
motion carried.
