1. Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present.
With a quorum of the members present, the TRIAD Meeting was called to order by Mayor Terrell,
President Masters and Chair Payne at 6:07 p.m. on Monday, April 7, 2014, in Conference Room 103-
105 at the Allen ISD Administration Building located at 612 E Bethany Drive, Allen, Texas.
2. Presentation of the City of Allen Strategic Plan.
Ms. Siemer provided an overview of the City of Allen Strategic Plan.
3. Update from the Allen -Fairview Chamber of Commerce.
Chair Payne provided an update on activities at the Allen -Fairview Chamber of Commerce.
4. Presentation of the Allen ISD Strategic Plan.
Dr. Zoeller provided an overview of the Allen ISD Strategic Plan.

Dr. Hindt shared a brief history of Project Kids and the process for the 2014 Project Kids Long
Range Planning Committees.
6. Presentation of Demographer's Report.
Ms. Nichols provided an update on the demographer's report for the Allen ISD.
7. Items of Interest. [Announcements Regarding Local Civic and Charitable Events, Meetings,
Fundraisers and Awards]

8. Adjournment.
MOTION: Upon a motion made by Councilmember Herald and a second by Councilmember Brooks, the
Council voted six (6) for and none (0) opposed to adjourn the Triad Meeting at 721 p.m. on
Monday, April 7, 2014. The motion carried.
