1. Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present
With a quorum of the Members present, the Allen City Council Called Workshop with the Planning
and Zoning Commission was called to order by Mayor Terrell, in conjunction with Chair Cocking, at
4:10 p.m. on Thursday, April 24, 2014, in the tent on undeveloped land located at the southernmost
end of Montgomery Drive, Allen, Texas.
2. Presentation Regarding the Vision for the Development of the Montgomery Family Tract.
Leland and Karen Montgomery provided an overview of their vision for the development of the
Montgomery Family Tract.
3. Guided Walking Tour of the Site.
4. Adjournment
Mayor Terrell, in conjunction with Chair Cocking, adjourned the Allen City Council Called
Workshop with the Planning and Zoning Commission at 4:57 p.m on Thursday, April 24, 2014.
