1. Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present.
With a quorum of the members present, the TRIAD Meeting was called to order by Mayor Terrell,
President Masters and Chair Payne at 622 p in. on Monday, October 6, 2014, in Multipurpose Room
at the Allen Senior Recreation Center located at 451 St Mary Drive, Allen, Texas
2. Update on School Facilities.
Dr Hindt and Mr Suttle provided an update on school facility projects.
3. Update on Upcoming Bond Programs.
Dr. Hmdt reviewed the timeline for the upcoming Project Kids Bond Program.
4. Update from the Allen -Fairview Chamber of Commerce.
Chair Payne provided an update on activities at the Allen-Fairviee Chambei of Commerce

MOTION: Upon a motion made by Councilmember Herald and a second by Counedmember
Obermeyer, the Council voted six (6) for and none (0) opposed to adloum the TRIAD
Meeting at 7 44 p.m. on Monday, October 6, 2014. The motion carried.
