I12. Authorize the City Manager to Sign a Letter of Intent with TCH Altera, LLC, for Development
of a Hotel and Conference Center in Allen Central Park.
13. Authorize the City Manager to Execute a Contract with MCCi, dba Municipal Code
Corporation, in the Amount of $32,731.54 for the Purchase of Phase 1 of the Laserfiche Content
Management Software Project and Establish a Project Budge in the Amount of $70,943.19.
14. Set August 21-23, 2015, as the Dates for the City Council Budget Workshop with City Council
and Executive Staff.
15. Receive the Unaudited Financial Report for the Period Ending September 30, 2014.

NO 142 TO ALLOW A 9,610 SQUARE FOOT PORTION OF THE BUILDING LOCATED ON
LOT 1, BLOCK 1, BETHANY CORNER ADDITION, CITY OF ALLEN, TEXAS (ALSO
KNOWN AS 801 S. GREENVILLE AVE., SUITES 101, 108, AND I IS) PRESENTLY ZONED
PLANNED DEVELOPMENT NO 4 FOR SHOPPING CENTER 'SC" TO BE USED FOR A
FITNESS AND HEALTH CENTER USE, PROVIDING A CONFLICTS RESOLUTION CLAUSE;
PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE, PROVIDING A SAVINGS CLAUSE; PROVIDING A
PENALTY OF FINE NOT TO EXCEED THE SUM OF TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS ($2,000)
FOR EACH OFFENSE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
MOTION: Upon a motion made by Councilmember Sedlacek and a second by Councilmember Brooks,
the Council voted seven (7) for and none (0) opposed to adopt Ordinance No. 3277-1-15, as
previously captioned, for Specific Use Permit No 142 for a Fitness and Health Center use for
the property located on Lot I, Block 1, Bethany Comer Addition, and commonly known as
801 S Greenville Avenue, Suites 10 L 108, and 115, for CrossfitFX Tx. The motion carried.
19. Adopt a Resolution Implementing the Water and Sewer Rate Increases Recommended for
Fiscal Year 2015-2015 by the Water and Sewer Multi -Year Financial Plan and Rate Design
Study.
RESOLUTION NO. 3278-1-15(R): A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALLEN, COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, ESTABLISHING SANITARY SEWER CHARGES
AND WATER SERVICE CHARGES; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; PROVIDING A
REPEALING CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
MOTION: Upon a motion made by Councilmember Herald and a second by Councilmember
Obermeyer, the Council voted seven (7) for and none (0) opposed to adopt Resolution
No. 3278-1-15(R), as previously captioned, setting new rates for water and sewer services.
