Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present.
With a quorum of the members present, the TRIAD Meeting was called to order by Mayor Terrell,
President Masters and Chair Schwartz at 6.23 p.m. on Monday, April 6, 2015, in Multipurpose Room
at the Allen Senior Recreation Center located at 451 St Mary Drive, Allen, Texas
Update from the Allen -Fairview Chamber of Commerce.
Chair Schwartz provided an update on activities at the Allen -Fairview Chamber of Commerce
highlighting the Chamber's Annual Banquet, membership activities and branding program.
Project Kids/Bond Election Update.
Dr. Hindt reviewed the timelme and preliminary Priority I line items under consideration by the
Project Kids Committee for the upcoming Project Kids Bond Program.

Dr Zoeller provided an update on legislative actions by the 84"' Texas Legislature relating to school
districts.

Chief Hawley, provided an update on legislative actions by the 84ih Texas Legislature relating to
municipalities and the region.

Mr Bass presented an update on current and future developments within the City of Allen.
7. Watters Branch Development Update.
Mr. Dentler provided an update on the development of the Watters Branch Community Park

Adjournment.
MOTION: Upon a motion made by Councilmember Herald and a second by Councilmember Brooks, the
Council voted seven (7) for and none (0) opposed to adjourn the TRIAD Meeting at 748 p.m
on Monday, April 6, 2015. The motion carried.
