Emergency Meeting
November 5,1980
Present: Wendell Housley, David Morgan, Ron

I. Meeting called to order by Wendell
Housley
II. Discussion of the lighting of Hillside
Park and Jupiter Road Parks.
Motion made by Ron Workman.
Motion made to recommend that the Council
proceed with the lighting of the Jupiter
Road Field in accordance with the pro-
posal from Ronald E. Fix and Asscociates.
It is further recommended that the proposed
lighting of Field #3 at Hillside Park be
1 carefully evaluated as to cost vs. benefits
in view of the limited potential use with
respect to:
1. Time - proposed phasing out of the
field in accordance with the Master
Plan.
2. Size of field
3. Limited lighting proposed
No recommendation is made with respect to
relocation of the service entrance as this
recommendation is more appropriately made
by the engineering staff.
Second by Helen Johnson. Motion passed
