I. Meeting was called to order by Wendell Housley.

9 A. Joint facilities committee did not meet.
B. Facilities Utilization Committee
Meet on December 9, 1980 at 7:30 in the
Parks and Recreation office. The following
interim policy was developed:
Individuals: League participation shall be
open to all residents of Allen who otherwise
meet league eligibility requirements.
Teams: Team participation shall be per-
mitted as follows: Church Teams sponsered
by churches located in Allen provided all
team members are certified as part of the
Church fellowship, (Pastor certification
required.)
As long as available facilities permit, any
team with a majority of their members as
Allen residents will be permitted to partici-
pate. As long as available facilties permit.
residents of Lucas and Lovejoy will be treated
on the same basis as Allen residents.
This policy was unanimously adopted by the
Board as an interim policy.
IV. The By -Laws of several other cities were reviewed.
The Director was asked to make copies of each and
7 distribute them to the Board.
V. Motion to adjourn was made by Ron Workman, Second

by David Morgan. Motion Carried.

Interim Policy Regarding
Participation in Allen
City Leagues
Individuals:
League participation shall be open to all re-
sidents of Allen who otherwise meet league
eligibility requirements.
Teams:
Team participation shall be permitted as follows:
Church Teams sponsered by churches located in
Allen provided all team members are certified as
part of the Council Fellowship, (Pastor certifi-
cation required).
As long as available facilities permit, any team,
a majority of whose members are residents of Allen
will be permitted to participate.
