I. Meeting was called to order by David Morgan.
II. The Development of the By -Laws was discussed.
A general outline was developed by the Board.
The Board requested the Director of P.A.R.D.
to prepare a working copy of the By -Laws.
III. Motion to adjourn by Ron Workman, Second by
Jerry Owens . Motion Carried. 5 Yes 0 No.
