Regular Session
April 23, 1981
Members Present: Wendell Housley, David Morgan, Ron
Workman, Helen Johnson, Jerry Owens
I. Meeting was called to order by Wendell Housley.
II. The minutes from March 26, 1981 and April 14, 1981
meetings were approved as read. 5 Yes 0 No.
III. Bob Chynch came before the Boards as a representa-
tive of the Allen Sports Association. Bob Chynch
stated that the A.S.A. would like to have better
quality soccer fields. He also stated that the
A.S.A. Boards would be willing to work with the
P.A.R.D. Board in any area that they could help.
He also stated that they would be willing to have
a Co -Op work session with the P.A.R.D..
IV. Report from John Uland, Director of P.A.R.D..
A. The Parks and Recreation Board was given the
schedule for the Adult League Games.
B. The Parks and Recreation Board was given the
working copy of the By -Laws. The Board
also established May 14, 1981 as a Special
Session.
V. Motion was made to adjourn by Helen Johnson, Second
by Jerry Owens. Motion passed. 4 Yes 1 No.
