I. '7eeting was called to order by David thrgan at 7;1+5 p.m.
II. The Board had a general discussion and overview of the concepts behind
the Policies, Pules and Temilations Ilanual. The Board agreed to the
development and outline of the 'tanual. The Board then set the priority
of development. The first item to be considered would be a fee for
facility usage. The second item would be the operation of concession
stands.
