Minutes read and approved:
Hon. Owen George & Paul Warden were present in the meeting,
Judge Warden is our City Attorney.
Motion by Roy A. Hefner, that the Town of Allen EXCEPT the
desire of the SOUTH-WOOD ESTATES INC. to be annexed to the Town
of Allen. Second by Fred Day, -- (5) Five Ayes, Noes (0) none.
Motion by Fred Day for Mayor V.B. Watson & the Secy. to go
ahead and sign the papers (ORDINANCE) on closing the alley
through the G.C. Mathews property, sec. by R.J. McClure. (5) Five
ayes, noes (0) none. Judge Paul Warden presented this Ordinance.
