Hon. Mayor V.B. Watson, presiding, Aldermen J.C. Hefner, R.J.
McClure, and B.H. Popplewell present. Aldermen Roy A. Hefner and
Fred Day, absent.
Motion by B.H. Popplewell to write the HOUSING & HOME FINANCE
AGENCY that we THE TOWN OF ALLEN will call an election on the SEWAGE
BONDS, with as many TAX BONDS as the present VALUATION will stand.
Motion second by R.J. McClure, ayes (3) three / noes (0) none.
Motion to adjourn by R.J. McClure, sec. by J.C. Hefner
