MOTION: Scott Neice moved to accept the Master Plan for Glendover Park
as presented with the following modifications: add half -court
basketball to same area where sand volleyball court will be built;
pavilion will be located as presented with additional trees being
planted; dock will be built on pond; two groups of swings will be
built, one for older children and one for toddlers. Anne
Campbell seconded and the Motion carried 6 for, 0 against.

To save funds during Phase 1, it was suggested that several of the sidewalk
issues be eliminated (along Carolyn Drive and Bethany Drive).
MOTION: Ben Ferguson moved to accept the Master Plan for Bethany Ridge
as presented with the following modifications: add toddler swing
set; add two trash cans; eliminate sidewalk on Bethany Road and
Carolyn Drive; add connector sidewalks. Vicki Wester
seconded, and the Motion carried 6 for, 0 against.

There was no other business brought forward at this time.
