Chair Jim Waldbauer called the meeting to order at 6:06 p.m.

Sheila presented the revisions to the proposed master plan for the Athletic
Facility/Community Park, along with budget projections for development of
Phase I. Following a bnef dissuasion regarding the requirements to be met
regarding the Texas Parks and Wildlife Grant Application, several suggestions
were made for cutting certain aspects of Phase I thereby lowering the proposed
expenditures.
It was determined that staff would take this plan to City Council as a bnefing item
and to seek input from the City Council. A formal recommendation on the Master
Plan and Phasing Scheme of this facility will be made at the October 19, 2000
City Council meeting.
