Joint meeting with City Council. Members present: Elo Jinke, Howard Sinder,
J.L. Haggard, Ken Posey.
1. The Council and Commission and representatives of the First Methodist Church
discussed the Zoning of the Church property which is unclear. A decision was made
to require the Church to apply for a zoning change through the establised procedure
2. The Commission by-laws were presented to the Council for study and adoption.
3. Mr. Erwin Harris of Wisenbaker & Fix was introduced to the Commission. Mr.
Harris has been hired to prepare the City ... plan
4. The next meeting date was set for March 20, to facilitate processing of the First
Methodist Church's petition for zoning change.
5. Meeting adjourned.
