2. mr. george abney and mr. norman smith employees of OKC corporation suite 800,
1949 n. stemmons freeway, dallas, texas appeared before the commission. they discussed
the property sound of allen know as the wood's property and stated that their company is
considering purchasing this 540 acre site. the stated purposed of their visit was to evaluate
the attitude of the allen community toward their proposed development of the
site. this development would include housing, mobile home, and commercial over a
period of several years with a 20-30 acre mobile home development being put in
first.
mr. abney and mr. smith were infromed that mr. zinke and mr. snyder would make a
preliminary discussion of the issues with the city council and let them know the results
3. mr. mike mahoney of mike mahoney & associates, inc. ... appeared for the purpose
of meeting the commission members and beginning his work on the master plan contract.
mr. mahoney has been hired by wisenbaker and fix for this purpose
4. no other business was conducted
