speical meeting - public meeting to hear petition of neil & holm to change the zoning
of the described property from g to f
1. mr. and mrs. clark fischel of allen appeared and stated that they thought the change
was an improvement
2. no one appeared to opposed the change
3. motion by ken posey that the commission recommend to the city council that the zoning
change be made as requested; second by bill lagrone. vote 4 for, none against
addition to minutes 1/3/70:
at the nov. 26th meeting a letter from don and emma simpson favoring the zoning change
was read by mr. zinke
