1. mr. zinke presented a letter he had received earlier from mr. robert l myers III of OKC
corporation requesting a zoning of g on a portion of the "woods" property when it is
annexed into the city of allen. OKC has requested such annexation
2. mr. george abney and mr. bob vail of OKC corporation appeared to discuss their
intentions as to development of the "woods" property. it was understood that mr. abney
would consult with OKC's attorney (alex orr) for information and clarification of the ...
right of allen and plano which overlap on this property
3. mr. mike mahoney (comprehensive plan) met with the commission to discuss
the progress of the plan and in particular the setting of goals for allen. mr. mahoney will
submit the first of six reports to the ciy in about three weeks
4. the next regular meeting was set for jan. 7, 1970
