1. the purpose of this meeting was to hear OKC's petition for annexation and zoning of
the "woods" property. the presentation was made by mr. george abney of OKC.
significant points
a. the original zoning request has been changed from g on 160 acres to g on 100 acres
b. the matter of city limits boundaries between allen and plano has not been settled
2. motion by howard snider to defer discussion until the next regular zoning and planning
commission meetin on january 7, 1970. second by ken posey
motion passed 4 for, none against.
3. two members of plano's planning & zoning commission attended this meeting mr.
normon whitsit and co gardin
4. the following meetings were set:
monday jan. 5, 1970 - meet w/ plano planning & zoning commission at plano, 7:30pm
wednesday jan. 7, 1970 - regular meeting
thursday jan. 15, 1970 - meet with city council about OKC petition
5. the chairman and one member of the commission were invited to attend a dinner meeting
of the allen and plano councils on tues. dec. 30, 1969
6. meeting adjourned
