Minutes read and approved:
Members present were as follows; Mayor V.B. Watson, Aldermen
W.E. Ford, Earl Young, R.L. Cooksey, and J.C. Hefner.
Members absent R.J. McClure.
Motion by Earl young, that the Town of Allen bring a complaint
against W.D. Angel for not complying with ordinance dated February
26 1959, page 84 - book #2 of the minute book of the Town of Allen.
Ayes (4) four / noes (0) none.
The Town Council at a Special meeting (Nov. 2nd 1959) A motion
was by Earl Young and second by R.L. Cooksey, that the Mayor draw
up the proper papers against W.D. Angel for violation of a city
ordinance passed February 26th, 1959, providing for proper set
back footage for buildings in proximity to the property lines in
the Town of Allen. Ayes (4) four / Noes (0) none.
Motion made by J.C. Hefner and second by W.E. Ford that NO WATER
or SEWER service be given to this particular piece of property
until foregoing judgment has been satisfied. Ayes (4) noes (0)
none.
Motion by W.E. Ford for meeting to adjourn,
second by J.C. Hefner.
